We use lots of whole grain flours and use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. After many years of availability in Manhattan, many of our products are now available to you for home delivery.

Started in a storefront on East 7th Street in Manhattan as Bread & Roses, Gone Pie has evolved into a wholesale/on-line business, catering to those with specialized diets. Our time on 7th Street helped define our product line as feedback from our customers told us what they were looking for. All of our products are 100% vegan. We specialize in baking for wheatfree, and glutenfree diets.
