On Pet Airways, your pets aren’t packages, they’re “pawsengers.” And every step of the journey, we’ll take care of them as if they were our own. Bone voyage!

Convenient Check-in at our Pet Lounge, no later than 1 hour before departure.
Potty Breaks are very important to your pet – and us too. We monitor the last time our pawsengers had potty breaks, and make sure they get regular breaks along the way. It may take us a bit longer to get to where we’re going, but the comfort of our pawsengers is our first priority.
All Aboard
We board our pawsengers in their carriers, and our Pet Attendants make sure they’re comfortable and secure.
A Pet Attendant monitors and checks the comfort of all pawsengers every 15 minutes during the flight.
Pick up your pet at the Pet Lounge at your destination.

After landing, pawsengers are disembarked, given a potty break, and will be available for pickup about 30 minutes after arrival.
